When you register you must have your lot number. If you don't know it, please contact a board member and we can help you find it on the map. For homes with more than one homeowner, please register separately so each can edit their personal membership.
ALSO, phone numbers are optional, they will show up on the member directory page; if you want to keep it private PLEASE don't put it in during registration.

This is the official website for homeowners in Anchors Bend, located in rural Longs, SC. We intend to provide all needed information from your Homeowners Association on this website.
If you are new to our community we want to say "WELCOME".
On the documents tab, registered homeowners will have access to Board Meeting Minutes, Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Documents and the Governing Documents for our community.
Please look at the Calendar of Events page to see what is happening in our community. If you have an event that you would like added to the COE page, please submit it using the request form.
We need at least 3 people to be able to form a committee. If you are interested, please submit a request form.
Information regarding the pool and amenity center can be found on the Amenities page.
- Remember that persons under the age of 18 must be supervised while using these facilities.
